okay, i get to play the dumb one here
may i ask what do you mean by your third line?

may be making a fool of myself but i interpreted this one as life is full of ups(placid pool) and downs(waterfalls) and that we are surrounded by such and cant escape from experiencing them....

will love to hear your thoughts
