My friend, I know that on this day
A lighthouse is needed to show the way
Through the fog of the past
Where memories lay at last

No one ever knows exactly why
Death reaches down from the sky
To take those we hold most dear
Realizing our deepest darkest fear

Being left here on our own
So many dreams left unsown
There is nothing we can do
Except say that we are here for you

Whenever you need a friend
Whose love will never end
Knowing that you can trust
Any time you feel you must

My thoughts are close tonight
Carried to you through moonlight
Reaching out to your heart
Hoping to ease the aching part

----------------------------------------------------

This one goes out to my dear friend Irish Rose, who lost her mother 28 years ago today.  My prayers are with you.
~Jennifer

LoneWolf~
This is just the kind of gesture that makes me realize
I'm in the right family circle.
What a heartwarming gesture done for a wonderful woman.

*Hugs* to you both.

Butterflies . . . Thank you my friend.  I know two other people whose hearts are just as beautiful - you and Kathleen.

Sharon . . . I just wanted her to know I was thinking about her. I know how it feels to lose someone close to you.  Thanks.

Balladeer . . . Thank you very much.  She is a great person and a wonderful friend.  Too often we let opportunites to express our feelings slip by.  I didn't want to let that happen.

Marge . . . I am honored to be a part of your family circle and yes, you are in the right one.     Thank you.  HUGS

Charisma . . . You have it exactly.  Thanks so much.  She is special indeed.

Kathleen . . . You are welcome my friend.  It was my pleasure.  I love you very much also.   Glad you liked it and I hope it brought you some comfort.

Tracie . . . Thank you my friend. Your words mean a lot.     **HUGS** Love ya!

Pepper . . . If they did then I accomplished what I set out to do.  Thanks.

Bonnie . . . Thanks for the compliments.  Kathleen has been a wonderful friend to me also.  Just a little way of saying thanks.

SEA . . . Now there's a word I haven't heard in years!!  LOL.  Thank you for the lovely thoughts.

ethome . . . Thank you!!
