You've captured my heart, Dear Love. You've got my undivided attention, My friend. You won't hurt me, will you? I can put my trust In your compassionate heart, can't I? You wouldn't take advantage Of my innocence, would you? All I am is devoted to you-- You are in the air I breathe, In the steps I take. I live in a continuous daydream Because of your fascinating expressions. Every day is filled With thoughts of only you. You are my only desire, And all I'll ever need. You might have heard it before, But there's no denying this emotion. Time is wasting, dear, When I am not with you And in your sweet presence. I won't go, I won't sleep, I can't breathe until you're resting here with me... |
