the poets pen we shared..together
has run out of indelible ink
the last chapter has been written
sweet words i no longer drink

your free spirit within the pages
drifted from east to west
a chapter in this novel
i wondered..but issues
went unaddressed..
the chapter.. Unfaithfulness
turned out to be a  volume
a volume of mysteries and lies

the saga of our love is over
the woman..i hope you find
a mystery about you i write
only in my mind

you the main character in this book
and me on sands of true hearts bay
you mr butterfly..fluttering around
madam butterfly i portray

this drama i write in pages of my mind
you could of starred on broadway
but mr butterfly..now a shadow
a shadow in a neighborhood play

Love the picture!  This is an incredible piece, I read it so many times, it's very deep, Victoria, love your work!

Victoria, this is a very good poem, it's full of layers, and they are all amazing. Beautifully witten, and so aching with missed or lost dreams. Love it
Take care
