The Beauty In these Pages I've been told I have a talent, a special skill that I can do I didn't realise I could do anything until I sat and talked to you It's not a spectacular skill, I can't run fast or jump really high It's not that I can accomplish back flips or reach up to the sky This thing I do it's really nothing much, I'd say it's not hard at all I woundn't say it's a particular talent that's at my beck and call If you like I'll tell you, my talent is that I let my praise run free I am the applause section, I cheer and shout out with glee For when I see your works displayed for me, see the beauty here I think it's magical the way it can quite suddenly just appear I'm always pleased to see them, I think they are all so fine Each and every one is amazing how I love those words of thine Each poet has a magnificent talent, their own words are so true And as I watch their lives unroll I often ponder could I be you My words might not be so very special, my heart I don't always show But your words are like an enchanter's spell, I wonder if you know That you have captured me, I'm a prisoner held in chains it's true All the beauty in these pages keeps me bound I'm enslaved to you Mushy Marsha Take back the hope you gave,- I claim Only a memory of the same Robert Browning |

AND Marsha... You DO have an amazing talent...that big heart of yours that comes shining through all of your poetry and replies. Mushy Eddie, thank you very much Kari, thank you love, but you know what I'm like I'm never convinced that I can write anything. Jwesley, thank you truly, and I'm not planning on going anywhere else. (I'll restrain myself to add a flip comment) Sharon, thank you very muchly I do so love the company here you know. Tracie, thank you, truly I thank you. Yes it's how I feel about the writers here. Wonderful world we all inhabit, aren't we lucky. Some people wander for lifetimes in the dark, never seeing beauty in anything. I thank God that he gave me a heart that can see love, and a soul that feels beauty.
