For my friend who is always there when I need someone to listen. I do not know your friend but who ever it is souns very special. A mentor is one who is always in your heart and mind. Wonder poem directed toward that special one. |

Well, you know my memory... I'm thinking, its that one about ghosts or spirits, witchcraft or something.. Boy was my mind off...lol. Sometimes its easy for others to see your ability before you. We just need a little boost, sometimes. Your talent was always there. Of course you know some times people give encouragement hoping for the best... They could be thinking... "Gawd I hope she doesn't bomb real bad" then smile when you do a good job right off. Although I believe the best, encouragement is from people that know sometimes talent isn't spontanious and developes a little slower in people. So regardless of what other people may think of your ability or talent, if you believe in yourself and put in the effort. Nothing is beyond reach. I think I like this mentor guy's attitude. I have to agree with Parker. Going through some of your work in the Archives, I found that you had wonderful talent and writing. I even printed some of them out. Whoever your mentor is, they obviously had much influence on you. Have you only had the one? This is among your best, I'm printing it out too. passion is life. . . ~Diana |

Witchcraft and Spirits James?? I am sure I have no idea what you are talking about.  Perhaps you are right. Sometimes people do see things that other can't see in themselves. To believe in yourself is indeed the key. This I have learned. Oh, and it really doesn't surprise me that you would enjoy this mentor's attitude. He has no sense of humour either!!! LOL PV, thank you. Yes, my friend has had a great influence on me in many ways. A wonderful poet and a tremdendous friend.
