Anniversary Waltz
~*Marge Tindal*~

Wallflower waiting - Anticipating

The curtain opened - you took my hand
Led me to Passion's floor
Gave me room to curtsey
in poetic waltzing forevermore

You orchestrated the serenade
from the sidelines of this place
The capable hands of the master
though I hadn't yet seen your face

You introduced me to poets
with mega-talent galore
Inspiration overflowing
they kept me coming back for more

You answered questions before I asked them
in the Help section of the forum
Explained in detailed fashion
the expected member decorum

Thank you, Ron Carnell
for all the things you do
For a year of fabulous memories
I'd like to share this waltz with you

Oh Marge, This is Perfect. Happy Anniversary
and I am honored to have befriended such a 'gorgeous', talented poet as you. I know your beautiful in your gown awaiting a glorious dance. I'll be listening for the music to begin.  Lovely, Marcy

Thank you, Marge, for your very kind and wholly undeserved words. Your delightful analogy is an apt one, though, especially when one considers how little fun it is to dance alone. Congratulations on a year that has, indeed, been a real ball.

A whole year, uh? No wonder my feet hurt!

Ron sure runs the nicest dance hall around.

RonCarnell~
Thank you, kind sir.
It has been a waltz to thrill this Cinderella.
I sincerely thank you for the wonderful chance to delight
in sharing the wonderful circle of friends in this place.

You think YOUR feet hurt ?
Keeping up with the poets here has been a full dance card !
I'm on for a marathon for the next year ...

     Happy Anniversary Marge!

What a wonderful post to mark this milestone. It's amazing how time flies when you're having so much fun isn't it? You're a wonderful treasure Marge, and this place truly wouldn't be the same without your uplifting verse and caring replies.

You've chose a perfect way to celebrate in this dance with Ron ... for where "would" we be without this beautiful place to dance within? (I've seen a few of those seedy poetic bars across the internet, and no waaaay I'm takin' my dancin' shoes over there, LOL).

Ron has set the lighting, the mood and the music so beautifully within these walls ... what a wonderful tribute!

Congratulations again Marge (and thank you Ron)!!!

Best wishes my friend,
/Kit
