In a Man's Shoes

No woman’s ever gonna put me down
I let her know first off who is the boss
I make the calls, she follows me around
For words, though, she is never at a loss

I do just what I please and where and when
Free as a bird am I, but with a ring
Not like some I know pecked by a hen
Who never get a chance to do a thing

You never told me we were going out
What’s that you say, dear, dinner is at eight?
Which tie goes with this suit, is this too loud?
Don’t worry, Dear, I haven’t yet been late

Oh, by the way, if not for my dear wife
I probably would never have a life

Liz, this is great! I think we gain understanding of someone when we write from their perspective. I think all schools should require an assignment like this.... walk a mile in someone's shoes...and you'll feel HIS blisters..........

Phoo Phoo!  But rightous phoo phoo...unfortunately for us; if not for the fairer sex we'd probably gone the way of the dinosaurs long ago. You ladies give of a reason to be, and thank goodness you take care of us.
