Winkiewinkie

She oscillates by osculate
With flowers of her postulate.
She vibrates on a fragile skin
My oldish heart that beats within.

She soothes and billows my ID to fire
With words that quote in retrofire.
She holds a mirror to my face
What else to do but self embrace.

She plays my ego wise and sweet
And knows the mirror is a treat.
So winkiewinkie slinkieslinkie
Twirls me on her little pinky.

But I love the dizzy whirl-i-gig
It's something that I really dig.

Winkie winkie...J Marie
Won't you do the same for me?

This one made me stop in my tracks, and re-read it!  Ho ho - what a puzzle!  Very cleverly worded.  The title drew me in, and I was well rewarded!

For sweet Sy ...

He saturates my need for rhyme
poetic wisdom kissed with cadence time
Lessons of life captured in rhythmic scheme
Visions of prophets in resplendent dreams

Mystic and Cryptic ... this poetic paradox
Exotic and Erotic ... rare as an equinox
Pendulums keep time to his rhyme and verse
secret tapestries unravel his venial curse

Inscriptions that enchant and mesmerize
rites of passage written in lavish lullabies
Celestial prisms of  his genius will define
engraved in poetic stone ... destiny's design

Tho my words will never do him justice
this gift from the heart ... that poetry entrusts us.

**********

Sy...if only you could have seen the smile on my face when I saw this ...
Thank you for making this blue butterfly soar...
your the wind beneath my wings tonight.
thank you for all that your poetry and presence in Passions has come be.
You are a gift to us all here.
thank you for sharing that gift with me...

Sybaby...
I was so excited when i replied to this
lastnight that I forgot to check the box
to place it in my library file ...
so I am back ...
I must have this in my collection to treasure
tho its already in my heart.
thank you again for such a wonderful gift
and thank you all who said such sweet and kind things on this thread.
the friendships found here cross all barriers, time zones and close in the distances.
My sweet DeVante'used to say...

"there is no distance between us ...
we are seperated only by the miles...
and by our poetry we travel the roads to each others hearts."

this special place and the people in it...
proves that point.

love ya all in poetry land
love ya sweet-Sy

This describes her so perfectly, her exuberance, her charm, and her ability to light your poetic fire as only she can. What would we do without Janet Marie? And what would we do without you

JM,
We ring each others chimes
In a strong rapport
We have as they say esprit de corp.
Beyond that what could be more?
