*just being silly* ... trying to get in the door ...
dedicated to King Ron, Ceres and Athena,
our goddesses of servers. *smile*

There are too many poets in the forums ...
too many verses ... too many rhymes.
I just cant keep up anymore ...
and tonight the server crashed five times.

There are too many poems being posted ...
I cant begin to read them all and then still reply.
But I don't want to miss one single word,
I get the shakes and it makes my cry.

There are too many poets in the forums ...
as our Passions family ever grows.
I wonder if we will all soon still fit  ...
I wonder if even Ron knows.

There are too many forums on the page ...
I cant keep up with all the poetic dish.
I want to read in here all day,
and all night as well ... this would be my wish.

There are too many poets in the forums ...
and not enough hours in the day.
Why do I have to go to work ...
it's here in Poetry Land ... I want to stay.

There are too many poems in the forums ...
and I'm falling way behind.
So please forgive me if I miss your work,
but I think I'm losing my poetic mind.

There are too many poets in the forums ...
and my new motto does define.
Please do not disturb my groove....
"SO MANY POETS ... SO LITTLE TIME"

Janet Marie

*WINKIEWINKIE*

then there is the matter of E-mails ...LOL
when are we supposed to eat???

Hi Janet Marie,

You are such a sweetie pie, you are so very right about the forums and my life has not been kind when it comes to being able to enjoy what I love best and that is passions and the friends here. Wonderful poetry friend.

JM, and all of them have such an amazing gift. Viva Poetry! Great poem, I really like this one, and isn't it the truth. You could try doing what I do, dash in grab some refreshment and then dash out again to consume my poetic dish, while working. Okay work might suffer a little, but I need my poetry.
Take care

OK JM, you've convinced me straight
no more poetry, for I can relate
too much time here, so much to read
so no more writing, no more passion to feed
no more poetry, no more dreams
no more loving words, no more moonbeams
no more of laughter, no more insightful vision
such as it is, a most dreadful decision...

I don't know how to say it,
I'm afraid poor Janet's right.
I cannot keep the poets'pace
Though I read them day and night.

I read the many verses
And comment where I can.
I do not like to comment,
Where I do not understand.

But on one point I differ
If she will not spank my fanny
Though we have a lot of poets
There will never be to many

Janet are your words true and silly or silly and true...I have an idea...we'll start charging one dollar a post...that's one dollar to post a poem and one dollar to respond...that should clear out a few poets...lets see now some of us could take in a few movies with the movie we would save and some of us could take several visits to the local mall...that's lots of new dresses and lingerie and some of us could buy a new car and some of us could buy a house..ha..just being true and silly...I'll discuss this with the board of directors..er..with your approval...James
