Sweet Bird of Paradise

Is this a Bird of Paradise
That tries to please my eyes
Flaunting rainbow parasol
To tease and mesmerize

He spreads his feathers gallantly
For all the stars to see
His gaudy plumage on display
Is meant to capture me

Showing feather, flaunting charm
Quivering his quills
Prancing round my heart again
With his flamboyant frills

Please blanket me within your plumes
Show your colors true
All the opalescent greens
Golden browns and blues

Come, sweet Bird of Paradise
And let me rapture you

At the Gallo Winerys in Modesto, CA, the lovely birds have free reign of the landscaped entryway...even the White Bird of Paradise is a lovely sight...

lovely lovely images...

Flawless as usual!

Just be sure that bird of paradise isn't carrying a bottle of Old Crow
