Loves' Mystery Unravelled?

Love ah! Now there's a mystery or is it a dream
Just what is it, where or how is this strange scheme
Is it the feeling that my spirit flies so very high
Maybe it's the sparkle that now shines in my eye
Is it the warmth within your ever tender heart
Perhaps it's the hope that we will never part

Is it the feel of your heated urgent thigh
Maybe it's my response of a gasping begging sigh
Perhaps the velvet touch of fingertips subtle trace
Or the honeyed kisses that fuel the hectic pace
Is it the liquid shimmer of starlights silver glow
Maybe the silent wonder as I breathe a joyful Oh!

Perhaps it's the heat from passions eternal flame
Or this knowledge that I'll never be quite the same
Is it the special look from your sleepy smiling eyes
Maybe it's the belief that I've won my lovers prize
Perhaps the warmth of waking wrapped in your arms
Or the way I just can't resist your lovers charms

So whatever love is and wherever she's found to be
I know for certain that it's you who hold it for me
It's within your eyes that so clearly shine true
Carried within your soul that calls me unto you
It's the sheer delight I feel in your morning touch
You're my breath of life, I want you so very much

Ron, I happy it warmed you up, it warms me up too. (Now I wonder where all this heat is coming from?) Ah! I know where it's coming from, and I love it, now if only I could co-ordinate it with bonfire night, I'd save a fortune on fireworks. Glad you liked it

SEA, yes it is isn't it   Very sensual, it's the rain you know, I think it sends me into warm up mode. (Just as well this is Kent, because it seems to be raining here almost constantly.)

Marcy, why thanks kid, Oh and he knows, he definitely knows.

Sandra, Mmmmm oh yes indeed, it it. Glad you liked it.

Take care

What a delightful read. Love, only four small letters but such a huge mystery at times. Tessa

Well Mushy, I do hope that you know that you have this cowboy seeing stars and visions of fireworks in this one.  So beautifully penned my friend.  Now it seems that your muse is working overtime of late and I am guessing that you have found someone very worth while to hold onto and awake to in the morn.  Excellent my friend.  Tell, the MBOOPAS that the poem will be up as soon as I get settled in my new home.  Oh, and tell Daphne that I do so love it when she smiles with quivering lips.

Tessa, I'm glad you like this, mmmmm lots of different ways to express love, and all of them full of joy.

Serenity, Oh yes it's very very groovy, Ahh now I'm getting all misty eyed again.

Mark, Oh! Mmmm! yes, most definitely he's worth waking up with, and as for going to sleep with!!! It's a touch of heaven to be sure. Glad you saw the fireworks, because they are there of a certainty. As for the stars, Oh yes they are there too. I'll tell MPOOPAS that they shall have their poem as soon as you can manage it. (Oh Mark! Don't start Daphnie off again, I've only just got her to stop hyperventilating.) I know this is a hospital but they don't let us have the beds you know. They keep those for the real patients. Thank you my friend I'm glad this poem showed exactly what I'm thinking.
