Dusty Rainbows

Hazy colors blend
Reaching inside
Past the scars
and walls built high

A once empty canvas
in the middle of a room
Awaiting your flesh
to press against my dreams

O! Fill my life
Paint my soul
Color me ... With you

Rope the stars and
Sprinkle their iridescent
magic on the floor
Then take me in
your arms
...and dance

Among the rainbows
Within the mist
Along a dusty trail
Leading to a willow weeping
...awaiting the cries of
the night ... arching against
our horizon

The title itself is poetry.  The rest is icing on the cake!

"When red-haired girls scamper like roses
over the rain-green grass,
and the sun drips honey.""
