with you

I  haven't had a friend like you
Since I don't know when
Some one to tease me
Make me smile and then…………

Just when I least expect it
You go and melt my heart
With words so sweet and kind
I simply come apart

Our friendship may reside here in Passions
As so many of us do
But I am so happy
To have found a friend in you

You brighten my day
With your fast wit and style
I haven't had a friend like you
In such a long while

Your heart's as big as Texas
With a soul of a cowboy so true,
I will always treasure
The friend I found in you.

Whoa...talk about having your name up there in lights...loved the boldness of your title--none of that "is this one for me?" gaga for you!!!  What a wonderful tribute, sure to make his day!
