SEA

The heart of a woman that has found herself
The ways of a friend that will reach out in trust
The soul of one that once had to put it on a shelf
Now flies free leaving insecurities behind in the dust

Time given as a mother well spent as we all can see
Dedication to her spouse shines in her love everyday
Her love for her friends taken for all it is meant to be
She shows her heart and her soul in a wonderful way

With teases of flirts and times of friendly banter and jest
Reaching out to have fun in the Passion's pages of blue
Ever changing in her spirit of her joy is what we love best
These are some of the reasons that I will always cherish you

With the love of nature in what God gave us in the ocean blue
With the visions to see the beauty and reasons for it all to be
As the depths of the oceans have nothing on the heart of you
That my dear is why I am happy to have a friend named "SEA"

Mark~ If you were here right now, I'd throw my arms around you and give you a big fat smacking kiss, right on the lips! A big hug too!

This is beyond sweet......I'm at a loss.....you touched my heart tenderly and deep. Thank you my sweet, wonderful friend. You have given me something I will treasure always. Hugs, Susan

Mark, this is sooo good, an absolutely stunning tribute to someone who is a pearl. (That's a jewel of the ocean, isn't it?) I really love this one, utterly beautiful. Stunning pictures too. Now you know Mark that the MBOOPAS will all be clamouring for one for them, don't you. Don't worry your President will keep them back, I'll tell them they will have to wait behind all your other friends. I truly love this, magnificent, writing.
Take care

Beautiful work, Mark. I don't know Sea very well, but this poem helped me to know a little bit more about her.

Victoria-Thank you and flattered is good.

Ron-Yes, she is wonderful from all I see, thank you.

Passions Voice-Lucky????  hhhmmmm, yeah, I reckon we both are.  Thank you much.

Bill-Thanks for stopping

Vicky-Thank you and shouldn't warm go hand in hand with friendship?  I think so, don't you?

Karilea-She is wonderful at that isn't she?  I don't get to post much of late but I do my best and I will be gone for about a week starting this Monday...but I will be back. Thank you.

Charisma-Thank you so much and way cool graphics.  They are perfect!!!!!!

Paula-Thank you much...Lovely starts from the inside out so yes, she is...and as far as telling her how I feel....hmmmmm don't know that I said all of that, just a few of the thoughts.

Marsha-She is a jewel for sure, not only of the ocean but on land as well.  You might say she was multi-faceted.  Thank you much and you tell them that they got to write poetry first then I will write one for them..LOL....think that will stop them?

Liz-I don't know her any more than just on the blue pages but if she were to ever give me the chance...well....I guess since she is happily married...oh darn it anyway..see what you done and got me hoping for.LOL...yes, she is very wonderful. Thank you and hugs to you my friend.

Alan-Always nice to have friends you can play with and cherish.  Thank you.

snowpants-Why thank you my friend of Met fame....(sort of got blown out huh?..that's okay, there is always next year).  She is a very sweet and wonderful friend as you have read by now I am sure.

Balladeer-Sorry ole friend (and no, that is not OLD...it is ole...the endearing kind), but you shouldn't have stopped for that extra can of spam.   Boy you gotta taste them lips of hers..WOWWWWWWWW, talk about "HOT" and "SPICEY"   and that hug...whew....man it is a good thing there was an "SEA" near by to dive into.   Thank you my friend.

catalinamoon-yes it is very lovely. Thank you so much.

Kit-Why thank you so much and you my friend are no less lovely.

SEA-I didn't forget you but wanted to save you for last so I could enjoy that hug and kiss uninterupted.   Now come on baby...lay it on me.!!!!!!   I am so happy that you liked it and I know that I only  know you from the blue pages but I do cherish you so very much.  It is I who thank you for allowing me the pleasure of your friendly banters and teases.  Hugs to you my friend, and yes, we will sneak those kisses in there too.
