I scribe these words,
This letter of Love,
With a quill sacrificed
From the wing of a dove,
Ink that has been made
With the petals of a bright crimson rose,
Mixed with some stardust
So the message shall glow.
I’ve tossed in a heartbeat
And a tear from my eyes,
To proclaim it is truth,
There will never be lies.
I’ll fold it with care,
And I promise you this,
It will be sealed with desire,
With a sweet tender kiss.
After all this,
There is one thing I must do,
Write down these words,
"I love only you."

Another beautiful love poem, I may have to stop reading here before I cry..
I love the descriptions here, the quill, the ink, the whole thing. Did you actually send this lovely letter? God what a lucky woman..

Then what a foolish dove she must have been...to let a love like this slip away
