Humbly awaiting
My life to start,
I sit down
With a heavy heart.

I start to plan
What I will be,
Where I'll go,
And who I'll see.

As I plan
Time flies by.
I start to realize,
But then I die.

I wasted my life,
And now it has past.
So live this life well,
It might be your last.

Excellent words April. . . and a good lesson for us all. . .

It's nice to see that you've decided to submit more of your work. . .
