Missing Child

My eyes had lost you for a fraction of time,
While I haven't realized, that this would be my crime,
At first I thought, that you were playing a game with me,
Start looking for you, but all what I could see,
were the people around, and not your mischievous face,
And deeply worried I search all over this place.

Out of joint when I am calling your name out loud,
Asking around while blaming myself this unforgivable fault,
seeing every dark corner, exploring every open square,
The fountain, the store, telling me that you aren't there,
Please let her be around, oh Lord hear my little pray,
Please help me my Lord, don't take her away.

Helping by family, through friends and by strangers,
Who are trying to find you, fulfilled with desperation,
Colored with fear through the anxious twilight,
and darkest shadows tortured slowly this dark night.
How they covered my soul with heart grief and sorrow,
Please leave me in today, I can't hardly meet tomorrow.

Tel me what happened, let me know how it could be,
That you my little angel disappeared in front of me,
Where are you, how are you, or are you still alive,
Have you been taken away and now alone in your strife,
Oh my disturbed soul can't hardly describe,
The heartpain and sorrow for my beloved missing child.

I am a mom, too and I can't imagine if I lost my little boy.  It's almost like death would be easier to cope with because you have closure, but if they disappear you never know what happened, there is no closure.  God bless all the mothers and father who have to deal with such a horrific thing.   .........beth

It's so very sad that this world has turned
from a huge playground for children into a
mine field....Excellent work you showed all
the feelings so very well~

Could there be anything more painful; anything else that would cause one to run through all those gamut of emotions in succession and never ceasing???

You did this so well!!!!

Let us pray unceasingly for these little ones and for those being tortured by their absence.

thank you all for your reply, at this moment I feel a bit sad, say this for you all, that I only wanted to let you know that I just have heard the news about the child who have inspired me, is founded....and is killed by a 14 year old boy, who lives next door.
She was one of the little victims who was murdered the last few month here.

its so useless....this violence

and it is a great idea to pray for the parents and the soul of this missing childeren.....and for all who are missed and suffering, cause we don't know what happenend with them.

thanks again for your reply.

Charisma,
The trauma of losing a child is very painful and relentless. Many parents never ever hear of their missing child, they live in wait for the day that that child will walk through the door. I have known such a family, and I pray that their suffering will soon end. Take heart Charisma, everyone here at Passions are right behind you.

Respond to my call and let the waves of my heart fill your life with the wonders of love
