falling
   falling
      falling

  free

flailing
       fighting
  gravity

oh dear god
  (it's all of me)
     a-pummeling

   to ground.

      flying
   flying
flying

  free

feathers
       frosted
   fluttering

oh dear god
  (beware of me)
      shatter--barriers

   of sound.

Serenity, I could tell you how well-written or artistic or clever this is, but that would overshadow the fact of how much I just friggin’ LOVED it. I’m saving this one, thanks .
