Like Leafs falling from a Tree Leaves once lush in green now falling brown and dry Like snow flakes fill the sky The air filled with moistures mist It reminds me on that day we kissed Laughter is, what I remember Your arms around me, I surrender Once you were my friend my lover Now there is noting left for you to offer There were days when time was meaningless A smile, a note… found in each others bless The sun once our guiding star, so high aloft I recall your skin, it felt so soft Our love once so mighty Like stars at night gloom full and brightly They now have lost their flickering gleam Drowned in sorrows, why is live so mean The feeling now a sacred thought The empty room feels cold and odd A picture forms before my eyes You are gone, I begin to realize Your smile in memories is what I see Why did you had to go and leave me Like leafs that falling from a tree The ability to describe life with words is similar to painting a picture; both can be powerful tools. |

Karilea "If I whisper, will you listen?" I always do, you know that. Thank you for your sweet whispered reply. I miss you all so very much, but work and life is taking a toll on me right now.
