A title grabs the wand'ring eye
you hesitate and think,
What is there in those words and why
did I pause here ... then blink.
A portal opens on the souls
of those who must express,
aloud what most keep bottled up,
we're driven to confess.

We sort through our chaotic lives
to find the proper phrase.
The sum of our experience
is metered out in ways,
unique to ev'ry one of us
yet shared through common link.
The reason why we hesitate,
and pause , once more ... then blink

Shared visions of these countless souls
create the new gestalt.
Accessable as n'er before
through electronic vault.
The implications that this holds
in just another blink,
may come to be as are fore-told...
in Absentia , I think .

That is cool! I love the concept and words!

(Author grabs me first, THEN title!)

Very cool, indeed! Well, some authors are a must read for me no matter the title because I always know that I will find something fantastic to read (you being one of them) but I must admit, I love a title that grabs me...doesn't matter what name is beside it, I have to read it! This is fantastic, as always, Dr. Moose!

PDV,
I have to agree with you on that , but for the story behind the poem , I had to bend the truth a little .Thanks
Doc
Christopher,
I was intrigued by the concept and the rest just spilled out. What a mess ! Now I've got to clean up after myself.
Doc
d,
We all have our favorites ( you're one of
mine ).I still think the title is a powerful eye-catching tool and try to use it to hint at what  will follow . Thanks again .
Doc
