Surrender Late at night, we're all alone as the moon sets high in the sky Soft music floats in the air, as our eyes lock...no longer questioning why Magic fills the night, as you step closer to me, I pull you close You motion to what's behind my back...as I pull out a single red rose Your smile says it all, as it reaches your baby blue eyes And my heart completely surrenders to you...as I let out a contented sigh Pulling you close, we let the music fill our souls and dance I thank God and the Heavens for allowing our love and giving me this chance The touch of skin to skin soons sets us on fire As the heat starts to consume us, and I feel the overwheling desire A feeling washes over me, one of complete happiness and bliss And then our gazes are locked again as our lips meet in passionate kiss We pledge our love to one another, saying today and forever more As we make sweet love, my soul is finally free and able to soar *dedicated to my inspiration and love of my life--Laura* [This message has been edited by Aimster (edited 10-20-2000).] |
