A Rainbow Will Do |

You can give me a million stars As I soar to Heaven in a space craft Let me sail the great oceans Diving into the deepest abyss A Rainbow will do! You can allow me to climb the highest mountain As I emerge from the depth of the rainforests Coming back down I will take a deserved rest And swim across the waters of the Amazon A Rainbow will do! You can help me attain The highest intelligence Turning me into Albert Einstein As I aim to wipe away humanity's existence A Rainbow will do! You can let me live in a palace Where only kings and queens share the space Or sleep with me under the clouds Until the hurricanes rage aloud A Rainbow will do! On my way to the hanging gardens of Babylon You can let me walk through the Pantheon As a powerfully built Greek god On his way to watch the mighty gladiator A Rainbow will do! You may want me to be a Pharaoh Atop a great pyramid Making sure the Nile is alive As the great warriors try to survive A Rainbow will do! You can let me make smoke clouds Welcoming the great Apache chief Riding through the Grand Canyon On his mighty white mustang A Rainbow will do! However, you may make dreams come true All I ever want is to see a rainbow I wish to feel its beauty As I walk through the arch Each colour wrapping me Butterflies swirling over my head I will then make your dream come true A simple rainbow that is all I ask A Rainbow will do! As I walk through the arch Each colour wrapping me Butterflies swirling over my head I can picture these swirling colors and it makes me feel really happy.  |

I like the concept of this. There is just something about the beauty of a rainbow that finalizes that things are going to get better from then on in. Like after a rain storm, the sight of a rainbow can make the heart so much brighter. Very nice. |
