Heaven unfolds before my eyes
under cover of the night
As she lays there exposed to my soul
her body motionless, though not for long
Are you looking for love?
Do you see yourself in my heart?
She smiles at me as her eyes open wide
to brighten my day into the night
Kisses that carres me
as she brings me inside
To hold me close to her heart
and what she means to me.
Dreams of her laying on the bed
while the candles fill the air
Send me soaring in the wind
that brings me back to her
As her silence beckons me
back to her open arms.
Are you looking for love?
Do you notice whats become of my heart
Are you looking for love?
can't you see what you have done to my heart
If your looking at my soul
then you have found what you needed in your heart.

Michael, I stand in awe of the last few lines.  Your words are like fuel to a fire that ignite my heart.  Absolutely beautiful and spellbinding writing, that is kissed with the softness of a feather pen......

This is an exceptional poem.

This is very good.

It would seem that your fantasies have become reality.

A wonderful poem and a lucky lady.  I envy her.

passion is life. . .
