Eyes, tired but ever watching
Feet, sore keeping on walking
Ears, echoing still listening
Hands, worn, gently caressing
Lips, dry and thirsty
Stomach, rumbling, so hungry
Shoulders, carrying many
Knees, sitting plenty

You look drawn and weary
But you keep on working
You need to sleep
But you rather soothe the needy
You look older than you are
But your gentleness shines

Why wont you rest?
Please, have something to eat
Why do you give others what we give you?
Please have something to drink
Why don't you get angry at those who hurt you?
Please do not hurt yourself
Why do you love us so much?
Please Father just for a moment
Let your children take care of you.

Psalm 121:3 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.

It's just His way!

Irish Rose,
They say His work is never done. I suppose that is so true when considering the sadness of the West Bank. Years of His work has been ondone by society's ills.

Respond to my call and let the waves of my heart fill your life with the wonders of love
