In out of the car
Little child, Mum and Dad have to go far
Work, so important
Even though baby tears are evident
Into the creche you go
We have to go with the flow

Riches and night life
So much time we have to spend
For you our little one
As you grow you have to fend
On your own we understand
We have a good time
While your baby tears go unseen

Such a very sad poem...and then these are
the same parent's that wonder where all the
time went and wonder why when they are old
their children never come visit...you gave
me much to think about in this piece.
Powerful work~

Daniel JD-It is sad when a parents wants are met over the needs of their children to feel loved and secure.  You've captured the feeling of parental selfishness well with this poem, nice piece.

Butterfly,

Thank you so much. Yes, it is real out there. So many children are hurting.

Gemini

Yes, how true. If they could only read the mind of those little ones.
