Give me some sweet medicine Call me a fool for lovers I have no control over this rage Tearing me apart Silently, I watch as my life changes around me Break the friendships of the ones I thought to be true Rage is eating me alive I want to set myself apart from this place This place of liars, cheats, gamblers, and weaklings Clean my inside and be ready for lifes lessons I'm chewing at the bit Kicking can Breaking dishes Cutting marks deep on my arms I can't stand it Releasing all my heavy hearted emotions Grey misty views of what things could be blur my vision I feel surrounded by what I MUST do Closure! Learning all over again that I can't be Can't be the weak one Trying not to live a lie Goodbye to everyone that opposes me Goodbye to all of you that don't understand Yesterday was a nightmare Now I find pleasure elsewhere I'm going to sit down and talk with myself Now it is my time to live and learn You might have your day soon enough Gradually, I will work on me In hopes that you don't hate me later Love, Lady |

I know that place..the place you try to leave behind and the place you struggle to get to.."friends" are lost, until you realize they were never friends at all...lonliness becomes all too familiar, but its okay because the light is finally shining on you, the truth is on your side. You eventually benefit, and true, loving people start to emerge. Great piece...........beth (from one Lady to another...)
