You never know when life is going to change on you.. We’re running blind right from the very start.. The best laid plans of mice and man can fall right through.. So, never put your horse before your cart.. From the very first we have no master plan.. No way to tell which path we need to choose.. All you can do is do the very best you can.. It’s ‘Heads, you win’, or sometimes ‘Tails, you lose’.. You think your life is pulsing at an even rate.. The sun is shining on your road ahead.. But one day you wake up to feel the hand of Fate.. Has shoved you out the wrong side of the bed! It shakes you up, then changes all your best laid plans.. It changes everything you thought you knew.. That hand of Fate will shove you ‘til you understand.. It’s trying to make a fighter out of you.. A loser quits and doesn’t even start to try.. A winner doesn’t wait, but jumps right in.. With every change you meet, a new door opens wide.. And just inside, Fate greets you with a grin! There’s three things here in life on which you can rely.. Forever there, on that you can depend.. It’s life and death, and taxes..but can we deny.. The fourth is change..because it’s always been.. Life is always changing, always on the move.. And challenge is a now familiar game.. It’s time to slip into an unfamiliar groove.. And learn the lessons taught within that change..  Follow your dream! [This message has been edited by Sunny1 (edited 10-08-2000).] |

Sunny this is a really good poem, loads of messages, and every single onw of them positive. Yes I really like this a lot. It reminds me a little of that saying 'Many a failure turns about When he might have won had he stuck it out' but your poems much better. Take care Marsha |
