  Sandcastle Of Love

Lets play in the sand
cover me, I'll cover you
no escape from this warm embrace
lets kiss till salty seas depart
bequeath nothing more than
imprints of two in the sand

Under the sun, we become as one
diamonds in sand, hand in hand
our sandcastle of love

Ohhh my friend, you do paint such lovely verses in the salty air and then rest them in the sparkles of diamond grains for us to touch.  Wonderful penning from you with VIVID imagery.  Way to go my friend.

Yes.....you have captured me also with the sandcastles!!  Do you think that maybe poets are just big children who still love to play in the sand?  I hope we never grow up!!
             Great writing, my friend!!

MA~ I hope that means you liked it, thank you.

Mark~ Glad you like the imagery I tried to paint with words. Diamonds are a girls best friend. lol Thank you.

Kaile~ Tender moments that are more a dream than reality, but then that is how hopeless poetic romantics think. lol
Thank you for reading.

Abra~ Thank you much!

Gemini~ I live near the ocean so it's easy to write, having experianced the beauty of sand like diamonds, and the ocean breeze of salty air. Love it.

Sunny~ I love sandcastles too. Such fun!

JM~ Thank you. Glad you like.
