The meet and break of minds
Or even the meeting of people
happens in such random patterns
Meanings behind meeting lovers and friends are lost
Lost in our own heads
Fear of losing it all in a breath
Learning all that you can from them while
you can is what it's alll about
How can you love?
How can you trust after getting hurt so, over and over again?
What is the real purpose of it all?
Destiny leads us, but yet we make our own destinies
Can we break a future so set out for us?
Everything seems to be moving so fast now
These friends and lovers that we have might disappear forever and then...
Then what?
We will be destine to face my greatest fear all over again
So for now, we'll have to like them all and love them all as long as we can
Then when we wake, our nightmares will finally be at an end

Love,
Ladycat

Ladycat! How good to see you!   How this one slipped away I don't know. I can understand this (lol! That is if I have the proper understanding).  There is truth in it, and the thoughts are familiar to me. A very good read.

My name isn't Baby, and I don't want to cyber.

Oh, I can't tell you how good it is to see you back!  And with a poem only you could have written.  Welcome back, sweetie!

My very special friend, how wonderful it is to see you post here again. I really miss you at times, but by the same token, hope that everything is coming up roses with DQ and the rugrat, as well with all our old friends back in Texas. The dreams we shared back in 97 are still alive and doing fine, although growing slowly more into reality. I'll be sure to keep you posted as time progresses.

Pax Christu,

Alicat
