I'm sorry, Dovey *teary eyes* - You made me write this poem revealing your deepest secret *sniffles*

--------------------------------------

Among the women whom I admire most
Is the little VIXEN we call Wht Dove.
Though now she deserves to become toast,
And I must remove my gloves.

I've always treated her with respect,
*Tears are streaming down my face*
Revenge is sweet, although I regret,
That Dovey's brought me to this place.

For, though it hurts, now I must tell,
This story I promised I'd keep,
About her evening job at a local Motel,
Located on Lonely Guy Street.

It seems she was the manager there,
And was working the night shift alone.
When a customer walked in out of nowhere,
In need of a one-night home.

Now, the lil VIXEN was tired,
She'd been working the shift all night,
And, in her daze, was suddenly inspired,
To treat this new customer "right."

"You may have a room for the night.  Thank you."
She said cheerfully as she took his cash.
"But there's something I really need you to do,
"It will make my long night go fast."

The man eyed our VIXEN with hunger,
A night of fantasy and dreams come true.
He was sure he'd feel so much younger
From the things Dovey asked him to do.

"I'll do anything you ask," he agreed,
With an appraising look at her form.
"I've been too long without female company,
I need a good woman to keep me warm."

"I promise I'll make you warm through and through,"
Our sweet little Dovey replied.
"You'll feel at home when I'm done with you."
To which the man audibly sighed.

"Come with me and I'll show you your room,"
Dovey said as she took his hand,
"I've been without a man, so now I need you,
To make me feel like a woman again."

Her customer smiled in a lascivious way,
As he followed her to the Honeymoon Suite.
He knew he was getting more than he paid,
For this night of rumpled tossed sheets.

"You'll be my husband for just tonight,"
Dovey promised as they entered the room.
"Here's the toilet brush, and DO IT RIGHT!
And when you're DONE, here's the VACUUM!"

"And don't forget, you said you were mine,
And I won't take any guff, do you hear?!
Now GET TO WORK, this room is a sight!"
Said our Dovey to poor Balladeer.

I'm not gonna get between you and Balladeer when you're dueling.  Just thought I'd tell you that this is a great read.

Tell Dovey when she's through with Balladeer to send him my way. My house could use a good
cleaning.

And you promised to keep my secret! (sniff sniff)
LMAO!!

That Balladeer was quite pleased
To earn his keep for the night
When I gave him the toilet brush
He just didn't think it was right

He scrubbed those toilets gleaming white
And with toothbrush cleaned the floor
After cleaning and resting a bit
I heard him cuss as he went through the door

But in his hand he carried with
That toothbrush that cleaned the floor
And I knew in my heart of hearts
He'd soon be knocking on LJ's door

LJ make sure you check that toothbrush before you use it!

Fred - I appreciate your hesitancy to get between Balladeer and me - he's a smelly kinda guy, and you don't wanna git too close - lol.

Karilea - Looking for a place to duck and cover?  Oh my... I'm biting my tongue as hard as I can to keep from responding to this one - lol

I Not - I'm sure she will - He doesn't clean up so well - lol

Dovey - Toothbrush?  Ya mean they finally invented something for cleaning a single tooth?  I'm sure Toerag will be pleased to hear this - lol.  I really like your poetic response, BTW.

Jinxed - Thanks for your affirmation.  I need those kind of remarks sometimes to keep me trying.  A lot of the people in here are hurting so much they can't find it in their soul to smile very much.  That's my self-appointed job - to lighten their day, even if for a brief moment.

Charisma - Thank you for those encouraging words.  I agree with you, lil Dovey replied very well.  What is really important is that she now knows to never assail my character again with terrible made-up stories of incontinence.
