Bright sunlight filters in
Today I think I may win
Outside it's a beautiful day
I am ready come what may
My heart is feeling light
No longer dark as night

As the dark clouds disappear
A rainbow hangs near
Brilliant colors now unite
Amongst the clouds of white
The sky is very blue
Life seems so new

The flowers shall bloom
Rescued from impending doom
They have come to life
In spite of recent strife
This smile on my face
Is not out of place

A new day is here
No longer will I fear
The future shall unfold
I will cast a new mold
My heart beats strong
In rhythm with my song

LW~
Great to read hon, glad to see your world is becoming a brighter one

Sunny days
Bright sky up ahead
There is always
A new beginning

Carefree ways
And lazy days
Beautiful faces
grinning

The sky is blue
The sun is shining
Everything is O'kay
Not a care in the world
No worries at all
It's such a lovely day

Everyone's cheerful
Smiling and free
No moan's no grunt's
today
If everyday
could be this way
What a wonderful world
it would stay

Be happy, take care always
Love Tracie~

What an absolutely positive and uplifting piece Lone Wolf ... I adored the powerful message and "wake to a new day" feel this leaves me with! Wonderful smiles this brought this morning.

OK, so now can I say the Lord works in mysterious ways, because here I was feeling a little blue this morning, read your wonderful poem to lift my spirits, then see Jeffrey has posted my painting I did of my Shepherd here!  I'm not sure if that was accidental or purposeful ... but you've BOTH given me a smile a mile wide this morning, LOL!

Best wishes,
/Kit
