Balladeer and Long John
Dressed up for Halloween
Sat upon the doorstep
They were feelin' kinda mean

They sat real still and quiet
Waiting for the kids approach
For the Halloween effect
Let loose a few good roach

Cobwebs hung in corners
And the roaches scurried 'bout
Somewhere in the dark of night
You could hear the treaters shout

With eerie music playing
And a cold chill in the air
Both were real excited
To give the kids a scare

The sound of leaves were crunching
As the kids rounded the bend
A little pair of goblins
Together on the stairs ascend

They're heading for the doorbell
When something caught their eyes
It was Balladeer and Long John
In their costumes in disguise

They heard the softened whimpers
Of these two as they did cry
Both the little goblins
In concern had asked them why

They asked of the two men
Why it was that they did cry
They said, "In our excitment
We didn't manage to stay dry.

We were so excited
To give you such a scare
But it all just overcame us
And we wet our underwear."

The goblins started laughing
As the two in shame sat there
As echos rang into the night
"THEY WET THEIR UNDERWEAR!"

uhhh, Rebecca?  Hvae you not learned to not kick a skunk?  I enjoyed this poem, and I even chortled a bit, but I WILL NOT TOLERATE THESE ASSAULTS ON MY DIGNIFIED CHARACTER!!!!  Naturally, a suitable rebuttal will be forthcoming.  How do you feel about being characterized as a VIXEN AND SHAMELESS HUSSY????  hmmm???  I just gotta know before I get started on the epic poem about lil WHTDOVE!!!

Whtdove,
tag you're it
you pick up the baton
and run with it
I loved this poem it was hoot
but as for wet underwear I think the point's moot
the way they would scare those kid's in their bed
was if they're wearing underwear on their head.

HA HA HA
As men get older they tend
to act younger. Now we see
that Balladeer & LngJhn have
regressed to baby stage.
That was very entertaining WhtDove.
Keep us updated on the "children".

White Dove, you've written a long one
It seems like that it never ends
We'd better buy Ballad and Long John
A box of those trusty "Depends"

(Nice one by the way)
