Embarrassing Moments

Hey, this is not written from personal experience ok

You’re halted at the red light and you feel a little itch
You wrinkle right, you wrinkle left, your nose begins to twitch
A morsel green, wedged between, temptation starts to grow
One index in, you look around, Sprung! Finger up your nose.

With candlelight and fine red wine, romance is in the air
Excuse yourself to ladies room, pretence to brush your hair
A hunky date, potential mate, you really do impress
Until you realise much too late, your knickers caught up in your dress.

When walking down a crowded street, the feeling starts so small
You make your way, and then you stand with your back turned to the wall
Discomfort reigns, you should refrain, you find you’re in a bind
Two laughing eyes behind the glass, see you scratching your behind.

You have just been introduced to a group of friendly peers
The conversation flows quiet well, you have another beer
The moment that it hits their chin, you want to leave this place
Ignore or wipe, they glare at you, with your spittle on their face.

The doors are closed and the people stare towards two metal doors
They’re waiting till the bell dings and they arrive at the right floor
Your stomach moans, then it groans, it’s making quite a stir
Twelve noses crinkle in the mist of “sulphur de le fleur”

Embarrassment is just a sign, that you have left your mark
A blushing face just means, that you can now glow in the dark
And if someone’s being witty, by stressing your great plight
Just push them off the nearest step, then run and take your flight.

LMAO! You've captured those moments great! I loved the scratching butt one
Or those undies that decide to crawl up there in public places!

Had me a mouth full of coffee, but managed to swallow it before I died laughing!
Thanks for the great laugh this morning!

Thank you for replying... I had no idea if it was funny or not.
When you're writing them, you are focussing on the words the format, the etc. etceteras of it.. that you end up losing the spontanaeity of the thing.
So thanks for the encouragement,
Marge, Dove, Mark, Gemini, Kit, Irish rose and Angel... it helps
See ya around the place.
