Why not touch me?
four times the wind has crossed your path,
and though you laugh,
I know there's hurt within your hidden heart.

And so we dance,
cavorting
resorting to indifference,
pretending our loves not bending,
like melting steel,
damn it,
you feel,
and so do I.

And so the four winds blow,
scattering songs,
we thought belonged only,
to you and I.

Send me flowers,
hours we spent,
naked on the ground,
stumble,
tumble round,
where kisses turned to sweat and murmured passion.

Four times the wind,
has filtered brilliance
has handed one chance
to us,
and as your hair dances,
and weaves in the breeze,
if you want,
I fall to knees grazed and bleeding,
and tell you I still love you
all the more.

Four times the wind,
has come and gone,
you and I belong,
and the wind fades to quiet,
at last.

Fool,
would that the four winds had stolen stolen your vioce away. Then I would not sigh in deep contemplation of the picture you paint. Then I would not cry for love scattered or faint. Then I would not bleed for the heart torn asunder. Then I would hear your voice written on the thunder.

You don't post often but when you do.

Fool,
I'd rather be the fool, and live with the memories...I loved this piece!

Fool~
A render to remember ...

'Four times the wind,
has come and gone,
you and I belong,
and the wind fades to quiet,
at last.'

I enjoyed the little internal rhymes also.
Very nicely done.
