~Nightingale On A Silvery Hill~

Oh nightingale sing to me now
let me hear the beauty of your sweet trill
a silhouette high atop the silvery hill

Oh silver moon cast your glow
make only the slightest show
so the nightingale will take no flight

Sing a song of rapturous bliss
the night my love took my hand, in a sweet kiss
cast your spell, weave a tune
so other loves may bloom
delight us tonight on this silvery hill

Deb my friend....I do so love the pictures you paint with your words.  This is lovely in every way.  A nightingale in full moonlight...what could be more romantic?
