The Slang Of Life

The silent sea dissolves the stones
Interns my questions with my bones.
Then washes life upon the shore
To raise the question here once more.

All life speaks in a koine slang.
From common plasma where it sprang.
All breath that lives within its cast
Cries constant echoes from its past.

I've watched it on a shorter plane
Begin and end, begin again.
The permanence is touch and go
And that is all I really know.

All beginnings intern an end
In this I feel there is a bend.
A sign that shouts vicinity
That points to me infinity.

But who am I this rhizopod
To measure what we all call God.

Wow!  Sey, what a piece of work!  Love those last two lines.  Great job!

Excellent Seymour! Very thought-provoking ... I love to ponder these types of sentiments, and the flow in this was superb. I really enjoyed this piece!

Best wishes,

Doreen,
I don't know if this really helps, but take comfort in that we all have the same problem.

Kit,
You picked out the key thought. Very good and thank you.

What a wonderful little pondering piece of word art
from your magic pen.

I like the thought.
