God And Tea

God is coming this afternoon
I invited him for tea.
I asked to bring some macaroons
We both adore them you see.

It's not the first time he's been here
Although he's busy you know
He has a kind listening ear
And he's never failed to show.

I must say you can not see him
His poise a soft unseen lie
I don't know if it's just a whim
But I never ask him why.

He's helped me with my poetry
Such an understanding mind.
Said this is an epopee
He is the kindest of the kind.

The tea the usual success
And thanked me the usual bless.

Seymour~
Oh ... how wonderful, my friend.
I'll have a sweet sip of both ...
I simply enjoy your mind ...
Epopee, indeed !
And I thank Him for you.

i read this yesterday, Sy, and thought it was great, but didn't have time to respond... i wanted you to ask him a question for me, but it may be too late now, if He's come and gone

lemme ask you this.... did He show up? how'd it go? did you get any kinda explanation for all this mess?

aw... geez... i'm always so busy and so late for everything......

and yet ...

i want answers.... go figure, huh?
