Childhood Laughter

A path through gentle woodland shadows

disappears through reminisce
As childhood laughter guides your daydreams
to magic jungles
with enchanted mist
~
A path through dangers darkest trials
monsters, dragons, pirates ... more
A land so real
you taste rare apples
from orchards guarded
by an ogres lore
~
A secret path to fortress hidden
high amongst the tallest trees
A secret vault
to hide rare treasures
like smokes and comics
and
' magazines '
~
A path to wander by the hour
leads us back to days out grown
Until ... stress and worry
evacuates us
to the reality
of our
pager phone
~~~
Rex you had me dreaming of walking down that path, and then you got me laughing in the end.
I love sunlit paths through the woods. Treasured memories you've brought! A sense of peace and serenity!   Thanks!
Where ya been btw?
