         Airborne

Bound for home,
I close my eyes -
your face etched
on the back of my lids,
like imprint of rooftop
in a birder's pigeon -
your touch
as deep as glacier tracks -
your fragrance
as fresh as a baby's first laugh -
your whisper
as full of meaning
as the words
your eyes impart.

Good to see you ...
Well ... I must tell you ...
I like this ! !

'your fragrance
as fresh as a baby's first laugh -
your whisper
as full of meaning
as the words
your eyes impart.'

Better turn that plane around ...
Oh ?  You did ?
Way to go !
Softly smiling~ ....

Thank you, sweet poet Core.  But, you see, I have such a wonderful muse inspiring me.

Love,
Rick
