“Sunbath”

Bathe me in the sunshine of your love…
Wash me with love’s golden rays, and warm me
through and through…
Let me bask within the light that shimes on me
from you…
Bathe me in the sunshine of your love…

Blow me bubbles filled with golden smiles…
Blow them all around me, let them float throughout
My space…
Let them tickle me with love when landing on
My face…
Blow me bubbles filled with golden smiles…

Whisper softly on a golden breeze…
Send me words of love upon the waves of
gentle wind…
Let me know within your words that I’m more
than just a friend…
Whisper softly on a golden breeze…

Bathe me in the sunshine of your love…
Let me stand beside you in the light,
for all to see…
Shout to all the world of how our golden lives
will be…
Bathe me in the sunshine of your love…

I am so glad that you posted this one as I have already told you how I feel about the creation of the image on top.  I am so happy to see you put words to it as well.  Loved the verse as much as the visual.

Sunny, if I was judging the contest you would defintely win, because this is gorgeous. Your work is always, every single time, fabulous, this is superb. You know I love it, that goes without saying, but what the heck I'll say it anyway. I LOVE THIS LITTLE BEAUTY.
Okay I shouted it, but i didn't want there to be any doubt, subtle as a sledgehammer me.
Take care

Sunny this is far to good to languish at the back so I'm boosting back to the top. It deserves to been seen by everyone, because it's pure joy. What the heck it's beautiful, enough said.
       Take care

Marsha, my friend.....you are a doll!!!
I am really so glad to know someone  who
has such kind feelings in their heart!!
Thank you, as this is probably my favorite,
for sentimental reasons.  (Maybe because it
is warm, and things are starting to get
cold otherwise!!!
             Thank you!!!!!

Oh, Paula....
You don't know how much those words mean to me!! Art isn't art unless it comes from the soul of the artist, and I'm glad you can see it there. I love all forms of art, and I've found you never stop growing with it.....your art changes along with you!!!
                Thank you, my twin!!

Hi Alan...
Thank you so much for your nice reply!!  I'm glad that you liked this poem and picture. Actually, I don't have a gallery lined up yet. I'm in the process of trying to build a homepage just for that reason. (It's harder than I thought it would be!!)  But here is the url for the contest pictures. I'm in Category A through E, although I don't think they have them all posted yet.  Thank you for your support!!!!!
