Your soothing words capture my heart
And take it through the dark
And back into the light,
Where everything is put into perspective,
And where I find hope
For those things that I had given up on.
You have enabled me
To forget all of the pain,
All of the hurt,
Even if for but a moment.
You, my Love, are the one
To whom I will always be grateful.

I don't want to repeat, but for a lack of a better word, this was really tender.

It brings to mind though (parts of it)...when with that person, it makes it all worth while...for the moment it does. BUT, if they don't treat you right, then it's not really worth it at all. (depending on who's causing that pain)

Sorry this just brought back some thoughts. I don't want to focus on that part however, this was a very touching piece. And those we love, we're willing to do anything for. I sincerely enjoyed this piece! With a big sigh too
