       “THE WAY I SEE YOU”

I see you standing there, just like a picture,
       you’re tall and beautiful,
              and smiling with grace…
Gazing out over, that sleepy time meadow,
       when you look like this,
              I will follow you anyplace…

I stare into your lovely, piercing blue eyes,
       observing them,
              as they perform their dance…
The reason is, we are so very happy,
       being together,
              in this very special romance…

I see lips that are red, soft, and tender,
       attractive, and wonderful,
              just begging to be kissed…
Adornment can be, my only answer,
       for you are to me,
              so very sensual…

You pout at times, and then you mimic,
       amazing to me,
              but to your heart, content…
How you have captured, all of my being,
       and I say please do,
              for you have my consent…

When you speak, you have this accent,
       that stimulates,
              and to me sounds sexy…
It sounds like, well it sounds just like you,
and it makes my timid heart,
              so very achy…

Your voice is also, so soft and tender,
       like nothing that,
              I have ever heard…
When I hear you, speak like this,
       it’s always on my mind,
              even afterward…

You say many, tender things to me,
       like “I’m glad we met”,
              and other things sweet…
And when I hear, your touching words like this,
I feel all of these big thumps,
              think it’s my heartbeat…

You share soft thoughts, of your love for me,
       and I share thoughts,
of being in love with you…
Sometimes my poor heart, senses that this is so deep,
       that it doesn’t really know,
              what it should do…

I wonder if you’re really aware, of all that you do to me,
for you are the greatest passion,
              that I’ve ever known…
One such as you, has never come my way,
I only want a chance to love you,
              and never to be alone…

You know how I yearn, in the depths of my soul,
and my heart sings a song,
              as it’s been born anew,
So my darling, you are in the recesses of my mind,
       where I can perceive,
              “The Way I See You”

LOL (couldn't resist)

This was really touching, very tender, and delicately romantic! Beauty shines!

Good morning, Bill......
This is as beautiful as any you have written, coming from that tender heart of yours.  You always make my heart smile with the beauty of your words.
             Love your writing.....

Well it seems that you know and see her quite well.  Wonderfully written and I would have to agree from what I know.  If it is for the one that I think it is then I would say you captured her well.

Good morning rosepetals25,
So nice to see you, and I want to thank you for coming by once again to read this little writing of mine. You are so very kind with your comments. Thanks rosepetals25.

Good morning Wilfred,
I have read many of your works, and think very highly of them. I'm glad that you came by to read one of my most favorite poems I have written, and done from the heart, as you have mentioned. Thanks Wilfred.

Good morning Jenn E,
You are so very gracious with your comments, and I thank you for that. It fills my heart to express myself, and then for someone to have some of those same feelings when they read my writings. As for who it is written for. It can perhaps be written for whomever it fills with joy, and makes them smile. And I appreciate it Jenn E, for coming by.

Greetings, Bill.

"I wonder if you’re really aware, of all that you do to me..." No doubt she will know if/when she reads your touching poem.
