I've little use for gauntlets
they do not fit my hooves
And less the need to taunt
yet when it comes to moves
No jest , this is a sure bet
you bozos stand to lose
The ladies know you're all wet
with this nonsense that you spew
While on the other hoof
I am suave and debonair
and not a bit uncouth
My abilities are rare
I attempt not to decieve
Nor enveil in any way
My heart is on my sleeve
for all time on display
With one part that's adorned
for my dear departed mother
The rest doth true profess
my affection for another
And therein lies my claim
for this title that you seek
Not for glory or for fame
now behold the truth I speak
For there is no known cure
magic lotion , pill , or salve
That can sway the human will
to aquire what we can't have

A gauntlet eh?  I'm not inclined to pick up gauntlets (although a sock or a pair of undies don't escape my eye).  Good poem.

Moose, it might "behoove" you
Not to stand so tall
Or else I might remove you
And mount you on the wall.

Don't try to sweet talk ladies
With all that foolish blarney.
By taking just one look at you
They see you're just horny.

PDV . Why ,I am so glad you enjoyed , it sure is good to be back .
Doc

Balladeer ,
Your comments hold some grain of truth,
oh great Balladeer .
Were such to be combined with youth ,
I'd indeed have much to fear .
It has been said by Lgn Jhn Ag ,
ye may be long of tooth .
Not one for minding warning flags ,
I say this now forsooth .
Perhaps your pen and rapier wit ,
out here may hold much sway.
But when into the "Stute" you're writ ,
we'll have a field-day .
With rules we there play fast and loose ,
indeed it has been done .
No fool , this moose , at long , long last ,
with you we'll have some fun !

Paging Nurse Cratchit , Nurse Cratchit please report to admissions . Nurse Cratchit to admissions please ...

Ar,Lgn Jhn Ag y'scalliwag , ye have nothin' t'fear.
We'll hoist this stag by his own petard , what goes by name o'deer.
So come ashore t' the port o"stute", we'll get ye a visiter's pass .
We've stores e'nuff o'grog an fruit , and many a spunky lass !
Me source tells me it just might be ye've dealt with "Deer' afore.
Course if yer found certifiably , we'll make room fer one more !
Doc

Golly Geez,
you woke me
from a sound sleep
after it took me hours
counting all those sheep.
I herded them all in
knowing they'd be needed
then to your intercom call
I awoke and heeded.
What's the emergency
do we have some guests,
do we have new recruits
that need comfy nests?
