Poem #1 The Holyness of the Holy The Loneliness of the Lonely The Worthlessness of the Worthless Holding it inside trying not to let it out, Is what it's all about Nobody needs to know Nobody wants to know It's what you don't want you have and what you want you can't have Poem #2 The darkness as swallowed me. Iam forced to go with the flow. My life is no longer my control. The senses which I have obtained are now as useless as the times. Get a little and lose a lot. Poem #3 Like a dying tree in a long forgotten forest. Worn away by time and the constant sound os silence. Alone and forgotten about, But now awake and bursting with life, but no one to show off to so spirts dampens and then slowly die. start to fade away, and gradually enter into the final steps of death, then realize the whole point of living, is to die! Poem #4 Iam stuck with the two of you I need nor want either one of you You do nothing for me I feel nothing for you You won't shut up I am stuck with pain inside, that won't let up It's not likely that I'll have an up day But when I do your always there to kick me down to make me blue So for all of the above thank you so much, for making me the way you do! |

Tammy~ Welcome!  Well, for my input, I'd say, one poem at a time, and you sound very angry. Writing helps get it out so I'm glad to see that's what you're doing. -SEA |

Tammy* Welcome to Passions first of all! All of the poems were deep and painful, the one that struck the biggest cord with me personally was #1, especially the line Holding it inside trying not to let it out, Is what it's all about I live this line often...Your anger and your pain is felt through your work and by letting it out with poetry as your release an amazing thing does happen....you start to heal. Thank you for sharing these! |
