Age after age on the wheel of time
I have been yours and you have been mine
Our souls once created as a matching pair
Life after life we are destined to share

Time after time in the web of fate
Our threads will meet, will merge, will mate
And course through eternity side by side
Turn after turn you have been my bride

When from this turning your soul does part
I will go on with but half of my heart
Knowing in time that we shall love again
Not a question of 'if' but a question of 'when'

Each turn of life's wheel our souls bind together
Heaven will be when that bond lasts forever...

*small gulp*  Uh...Sea, this is deep sir.  I love the whole idea you used here of that "wheel"....that time after time, that endless ending.  Very contradicting thoughts, which make it so beautiful. A sort of "forever" that doesn't last....?  Does that make sense?  Did I read this right?  Anyways, it's beautiful how I read it.  Really glad to see you back btw....

this is excellent sea,
love the time and wheel metaphors.
very well written.
take care, jm

I think I could need - this in my life
I think I'm just scared - that I know too much
I can't relate and that's a problem
I'm feeling ...
If you're gone - maybe it's time to go home
There's an awful lot of breathing room
But I can hardly move
If you're gone - baby you need to come home
cuz there's a little bit of something me...
In everything in you.
