Passions in Poetry

Nothing really, just a poem. Just loose strands of words in odd flowing rows. Graffiti on a bathroom's wall is just as entertaining.

Blank realityís canvas
perceiving painted dreams.
Nighttime ambiguity in
shadows it seems.

Take that fantasy
drink it on down
till it breaks your soul
and spins you around.

Opened mouth
eloquent fib
fearful cheer
mournful glib.

Lizard kings sit
upon a Roman thrown
Imaginationís death
if only we had known.

†There is something inside me
and I know it's good,
but understanding is misunderstood.

Ha ha, very funny title.  Doesn't do justice to the poem.  But, in their defence - I have read some pretty interesting bathroom walls!!

I like this.  Thanks for sharing.

Interesting reading here.   I enjoyed it.

You too?  How I wish I'd kept a journal of the writings I spied at U.N.O--college bathroom walls are simply the best...although there was a blues club called Benny's that was pretty interesting too...but that was Tulane territory...

(See Above for example of true rambling...)

Love your work.
