a true story... do you think you are happier longing for something than you are when it's over?

***************

before:

(April 8)

one kiss
no more
i adore
you, your
self
not your lips
face
hands
eyes
your disguise
that hides
your heart
from eyes
that are only eyes
hearts
that cannot part
love and sex
that force
meaning only
lonely
bodies

why do i
need a kiss
the bliss
of body and heart?
perhaps because
you will never be
mine
love only me
if our bodies
disagree

after:

(April 20)

one kiss
no more
illusion breaks
you're out the door
i didn't see
it was made by me
the disguise
in your eyes
that hides
no heart
but only lies
that "self" i saw was
mine
only me

why did i
need that kiss
the birth
of truth and pain?
perhaps to bring the illusion
back to earth
to show me the light
and start again

Hi 7
That was nice satire of kiss. Stranger is now you see in a person who cheated on you and thats right too.

Sincerely

~   Very interesting piece here.  First off,...I love your style of writing in these two...really...umm,. a lot. hehe.

why did i
need that kiss
the birth
of truth and pain?
perhaps to bring the illusion
back to earth
to show me the light
and start again

*This kiss, the birth of truth and pain...wow 7 this is intense.  Well written emotion. Take care. *Peace.

I liked the way you wrote this one!
