Want To Do Brunch ?
~*Marge Tindal*~

You melt into my morning
like the buttery soft sunrise
Spreading across the table
from lightly toasted eyes

Caught in a nibble
of sweet raspberry delight
Devouring the crumbs
you left me to follow last night

Drowning in the coffee cup
so full of your gourmet taste
I savor the flavor
not one drop do I waste

Ordering the appetizer
I simply have a hunch
I'm hungrier than I thought I was
Want to do brunch ?

We're seated at the table
Your muffins look so good!
I'd really like to butter them
If you'd just say I could.

I'd like to get your juices flowing
Er, orange or grapefruit,  Marge
And nibble on those  melons...
(How did they get so LARGE!?)

I think I could eat everything
As famished as I am.
Bring those biscuits over here
And let's get in a jam!!!!

I like yer name for the board Marge...I think I'll do it!

Oh and I once knew a Brit who told me he had to go "eat his tea" I had this mental pic of some crazy Brit sat at a table trying to fork up a cup of tea....we became great friends after that and I learned what that meant, but I still giggle over that insane mental pic I had of him! LOL

Well,

myself... I think your name ought to be more something like Marmalade. However on the other hand I could of thought of some thin’ like mud-puddle. ‘Course then I’d probably get my brunch thrown at me... Thank God for those mid-night pizza pop in/pop up snacks... That’s SNACKS,,, you know groceries..? Sheesh, what am I getting myself into..? I gotta get outta here.

Should I say lucky
