Two hearts beating,
never meeting.
Fingers dance,
in a trance.
Words on screen,
two hearts sing.
Desires spoken,
vows are broken.
Secret found,
by covenent bound.
Flames extinguished,
soon relinquished.
Hearts left bleeding,
forever needing.

Sometimes that kind of pain is agonizing, and sometimes it is peaceful, because we learned something about ourselves from the experience.   I really enjoyed this.

Nothing can deter a poet, for he is actuated by pure love. Who can predict his comings and goings? "Thoreau"

Sad, sad.  A heartfelt story told in a few lines that jerk a tear to the eye.  Well done.

This is an excellent poem.  It was clear to me from the start, that it was about an unborn baby who was lost.  But that is because I have been there.

You have written it in such a way, that the reader is able to read his or her own sorrow and loss into it, and that is what makes it a poem written by a talented poet.

I am so terribly sorry for your loss.

The spiritual wind that holds survivors aloft, plants the seeds from which bloom new hope ... R.J.G.
